Well...at least in my experiences, bi-polar tends to disrupt our ability to even fully grasp our personality. Our bi-polar brains have a tendency to shift perspectives, and personality disruption follows suit. For me, causing issues to the question of, who am I? I am going it alone, attempting to take my past, present and future, to decide a path that is best for mr in the long run....Help also can be acheived with a therapist, who may be able to dissasemble the issues that are forefront to you, clogging direction....Well, I hope you are able to attain the ability to get a better focus on what needs to be done to at least get you on some type of track leading to goals!
