I've been thinking a lot about it...I even told my pdoc that I felt "stable". Even though the morbid thoughts, the suicidal thoughts and paranoia continue...my mood is pretty steady....indifferent. I've been feeling this way steadily for the past 6-8 weeks and my anxiety is under control (or so it seems).
BUT...I've been doing so much lately. Going to the gym, working on a non-profit organization, applying for jobs, my tdoc, my son's tdoc, cleaning, cooking...all things that I couldn't do before. And this is just over the past 6-8 weeks, so I'm afraid that I'm going to crash and burn.
I hope to God that I'm just stable.

I hope ur just stable too!! Its hard to tell, if your still ultra paranoid and stuff it sounds like it could be some hypomania, I would make a pdoc apt and discuss your fears with him, that way you both can come up with an emergancy treatment plan in case such a thing should occure!! GOOD LUCKKK!!!

If you are afraid of crashing, then please let your pdoc know about that. Feeling stable is something that I would enjoy and look forward to, and not to worry as long as it doesnt interfer with my life like mania.. I'm glad to see that you are feeling stable. Hugs to you.

I agree with everyone else, if you're worried about being hypomanic and then crashing, talk to your pdoc, but it sounds like everything is going smoothly for you, i am happy for you thaat you are getting so much done

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
