Am I A Looser?

Please let me know that I'm not the only one who goes to sleep at 9. I can,t keep my eyey's open after that . I'm not a looser am I?

It used to be 2am was my normal bedtime. Last night 4 am. And I don't sleep in and I NEED my sleep. And taking so many sleep meds. This is a big issue for me.

Do you want to trade a few hours of sleep with me? Go to bed at say 11pm, so I can be asleep by midnight? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

My friends all know I go to bed early.

Occassionally I'll I ll catnap 9-11, watch the news and Leno and then Fallon who I enjoy.

You are definately not a loser! You are just an early to sleep early to rise kind of person. It's a real chore for me to make it to ten. I often want to go to sleep at 9 because I wake up early, but I take my meds at 10, so I force myself to stay up to get 9 hours of sleep. But I've spent years going to sleep at 9 and I don't think I'm a loser, and either are you.

You are not a loser. Just early to go to bed. i got to bed late, like around 11 or 12 and sleep 10-12 hours a night.
