I almost resent when I've been told "I'm proud of you" when I'm having good days, cuz it indicates I have more control over it than I do. When I was completly loosing it, I had no control. Then for no real reason I started to feel better. What's to be proud of? I didn't do Anthony different and that also I sinustes I should be ashamed of myself when I'm not feeling good!

its fucked but alot of my life too but i try not to think of that and think postively( and thats fuckin hard when ur depressed )
