im having a really hard time right now. I've recently made some changes that including cutting ties w essentially everyone I used to speak to minus a few. It was a good decision, they will come back if it's worth it. I got sick of always playing the intitiator part and never having anyone be there for me. Not to mention most of them were guys, and I just didn't need any clouding of my judgement rn.
The thing is I literally have no one now. One friend tries but she has way too much going on in her own life. I can't ask her to be there for me. The other one I've just drifted from. We don't have anything left, but pleasantries. My parents are divorcing so I feel badly talking about this with them. My siblings are all busy.
I just feel very alone. I hate it. I've tried to distract myself, but I run out of things to do. That's the worst part of being manic and depressed lol-you do everything super quickly then get sad when you run out of activities. Catch 22.
I think I'm just looking for a little support. Someone to say hey I hear you and you're not alone.

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo
Have you looked into participating in any new activities or social events to meet new people? I know for me, I had to let go of friends a few years ago and during the time of feeling alone, I forced myself to go do social outings in order to meet new friends- and I met lifelong/super supportive and close friends through it.
You definitely aren't alone. Friendships are difficult and I would guess many people have been through periods where they have felt alone as they find true friends.
It's just going to be a difficult transition rn. I know it will get better. Some of my friends were toxic, some were unphased by my issues and actually mean, some just drifted out and weren't really there anymore. I actually had someone I called my best friend insult me today. I struggle w keeping weight on when I'm stressed. I have a lot of stressful things going on. I told her I had lost weight and she literally said "you probably look disgusting." Really? How is that helpful? She's just being cruel. anyways I'm rambling but thank you all for your support. It does help to know people I don't even know listen and offer suggestions. Thank you!
We are all imperfect beings though so I think doing some more thinking on it is a good thing.....xo
