after a few weeks of little sleep that turned in to very rapid cycling hypomania most of the bordering on mania the sinus problem went away
it is back and i am again getting little sleep averaging 1 to 2 hours a day i feel myself going up and there is not much the np or i can do about it i take benadryl multiple times a day it is the only give me that for sleep it does not help much it does relax me so i am not overactive and the advice from ofther menbers helps i take breaks from the crafts all night just sit and have a soda or coffee which usually helps me sleep if only 3 or 4 hours
not sure what to do i have benzo dependency and i cannot take alot of meds because of the paradoxical reactions so it is benedryl or nothing i am jumping around crafting and see no end in sight frustraied
