Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
What do you take at night to sleep? Some sleep meds make me do that
But that kind of stuff isn't all THAT uncommon, and there's probably multiple possible causes for it.
I've always talked in my sleep.
Sometimes, I wake myself up because I'm flinging my hands and/or arms around thinking I'm doing something.
I must admit, though, I've never done the 'back of the couch' bit!!! LOL!!!! I kind of like that!!!
My ex-BIL used to do a lot of sleep-walking and would do things like that. Worse yet, he was prone to fighting in his sleep and would sometimes hit his wife before she could get him to wake up.
Good luck!!!! I hope it's nothing to worry about!!! (((((Hugs)))))
I had a friend in high school whose parents had to lock her in her room at night because she would actually get up and walk into the road.
I think it's probably more common than we know!
"No work, no beer!!!'
Hahahahahahaha!!!!! No wonder you were laughing hysterically!!!! That IS hilarious!!!!!!!
Hahahahahaha!!!!!
