Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Better to mention it & get appropriate meds, I think. My pdoc wouldn't hospitalise me for what you describe, it's ok.
The meds will help..talk to doc.

Yeah, the sooner you jump on this, the better chance you'll have of getting it under control.
Even though your thoughts and feelings are through the roof, did the delivery guy actually say or do something that set it off, that might be unsafe? Don't totally disregard any possible signs of danger.
Starfish...thanks. I feel better today for posting lastnight, I don't mention these things much. Not sure why I have such a hard time mentioning these events, it's not like I've not read about the same sort of things here ya know?? Just keeps the denial thing going when I keep it all to myself mention them, I guess.
The only things that creeped me out about the mulch guy was him saying "looks like you're getting ready to go out tonight".
I had actually been working outside in the flower bed, shorts, shirt, my hair was pullled back with sunglasses. Not the going out kinda look ya know? It triggered something because as the night went on my thinking got worse. I have to say I am not the most trusting person, well that may be obvious now. Anway, after he made that comment my mind took off with it.
Aschnadel, thanks for the kind offer. hugs
Lou, thanks being there lastnight. hugs
