Sometimes, getting the hurt out through verse is helpful. At least Ive found that to be the case with me. And then, after a time, the grief eases, and I attempt to find positive perception, and even though I cannot find answers to the hurt, I can see the positive.
Bittersweet it can be.
Keep letting that talent work...
