This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I take lithium too, btw. I have started writing things down, kinda like a journal but shorter, (more like Notes), to take to the doctors when I go, so I can tell them Better what my problems have been. And it's been Helping them understand me better.
If you can make yourself, write little notes in a notebook every day, like, "600mg of lithium - still feeling dizzy" Or, "not thirsty today, but seeing shadows" Or, "today I felt Really panicky again".
Just, Notes, so you can be specific with the doctors.
I hope that helps - I know how frustrating it is when they don't Get what's going on
Huggs -
Make sure you carefully watch your Lithium blood levels ... I went toxic twice in a very short time. And now I have kidney issues
Good luck
