A good trigger

after several days of feeling down in the dumps depressed and suicidal, I watched THE GREATEST SHOWMAN on a recommendation from my therapist. It was so great that I have watched it four times since last night. And I downloaded the soundtrack and have been listening to it all day in between the movie  


Anyhow, the movie triggered a good feeling in me and I am having a good day. 


What’s a movie that makes you feel good to watch it?

LOL...yeah Inception wouldn't be your kind of film.

Have you seen The Proposal with Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock? Bet you'd love it...It was really good.

Yes!! It was a good movie. My latest fave is THE GREATEST SHOWMAN which my therapist actually recommended. I’m obsessed!!

Yeah I have that on BluRay and have seen it a few dozen times, once this weekend actually...I tend to put it on for the Music when I'm cooking. I listen to the Soundtrack on Spotify at the office quite a bit.

I don't know if you like Robert Downey, Jr. but have you seen The Judge? Its really good, its a Drama, but has some RDJ humor in it.

I know it is not a movie but there are some inspiring Japanese animation that has helped me find myself and put me in the mindset to be productive, driven, while holding on to my dreams. A classic is "One Piece" but depending on what you like, there is something for you out there, that could relate with your pain, and perhaps inspire you in how to move forward.
The Greatest Showman is a movie my sister has also recommended for me and I plan on giving it a try after hearing the impact it had on you. Keep up the good vibes!

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
