My big sister was almost raped by her 12 year old son. He told her that She makes him so horny and that he's tired of being a virgin. He had his hand over her mouth and even had her breast in his mouth while his penis was pulled out and erect. Not sure how, but my sister managed to fight him off long enough that he left and went downstairs and told my other nephew that he had tried to rape his mom. The other nephew called the Police and when they got there, The 12 year old nephew held a butcher knife to his own throat. He was subdued and taken away to Juvenile detention to await trial. It's looking like he going to end up a ward of the state since his mom was his last hope. His father doesn't want anything to do with him.

This kid at one point was diagnosed with Multiple personalities and is currently taking meds for BP and ADHD.

It's been Dissociative Identity Disorder for eons, I believe. If the kid is 12 that's kind of odd he was labelled thus.

The DSM-IV-TR was published first in 94, which is when I believe MPD was changed to DID. Strange he would have been diagnosed with MPD since the DSM had been changed since before his birth?

The ICD-10 still uses the MPD term..... and we all know how many docs out there diagnose without knowing a damn thing........

It does exist and it does arise from extreme repeated abuse..... and usually begins at about the age of 5 or 6.

That is so disturbing, how many years has he been a virgin if he is sick of being a virgin? One, or two.

Still he's so young..was he a crack-head baby or fetal alcohol syndrome? It's werid too that his mom testified against him...I guess there was no bonding at birth or something...why was all this in such an advesarial system i.e court. Just sounds ludicrous. Kids that young shouldn't get diagnoses like that anyways...what a hell of a thing to do to a kid stick him/her with a label just when they are trying to fit into society and expect them to be normal...so much for self esteem. Oh and while we're telling them that they are abnormal let's stick them with pills that are intended for adults...all this just to make the grown-ups in their lives feel better for the lousy parenting job they are doing.

Who raised him through 12 if not his mother? Is he a big boy, that he was able to get in that position so easily? I agree with the statement that his parents have failed him.

sorry all this is going on. i dont blame the parents if the kid has got all kinds of mental problems. how is it the parents fault if that's what's going on?

well, true, i don't really have enough info to make that judgement call, but there is alot missing fromthe story. you don't wake up at 12 with a problem. you have to wonder why he wasn't with his mom in the first placer. and the father wants nothing to do with him? what went on from one yr old to 12 with this child. thats right child. i don't know chugger well enought to know if i even believe this story.

additonally, if he has been dx'd with these things...why would he be awaiting trial rather than being instituionalized in mental hospital?

It really sounds like he needs help with mental health can a psych exam be requested through the courts???

Castration/penal removal/life in prision

People with those kinds of problems only get worse...and we let them back out on the streets to wreck mayhem on innocent lives
