Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I'll say it again. This world is getting to tough to live in. We stil have the pandemic here and now Russia is attacking the Ukraine. I figure that'll somehow escalate into ww3.
I don't think God wants me to work. Every time I start to a job, something ends it a short time later. It getting to expensive not to! I can't work now because have a busted up knee that's going to need a skin graft. This is because I have no equalibrium and keep falling.
I'm going to apply for ssdi for my son. He needs some kind of income. He doesn't help me out as well as did when I had my nervous breakdown.
I'm heading into another downward spiral.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

One, has great tech skills. In his company were two women in their early 40's not particularly competent and he was promoted above them. They got angry, and whenever he suggested something, they complained and tried to frustrate him. He just had to deal with it and do his job. Ultimately both got fired.
Another family member hired a friend's son, who was ultimately promoted above her, as she had a child. He then strangely made a point to give her a hard time, apparently in part because he had a difficult boss. Someone suggested she sue, I suggested no, and ultimately someone else got fired and again she is doing well. In sports, sometimes you win, other times you lose, and the point is to expect and be able to deal with adversity.
So I'd suggest you persist, don't quit, if you're doing something that could be done better, accept criticism, recognize there are different kinds of people. Try to persist. I wish you the best of look.
If you are not on it, you too should get on with your work history/again dr and therapists recommendations. I had a letter from both my dr and therapist at the time...I was denied once put through again and got it...most everyone is denied the first time around.
If you recognize you are slipping Do Something Now and above all Watch The Negative Thinking...focus on what you can do something about and Don't Watch the news if it upsets you.
Right now I am living in the same house as my son, with aspergers, I told him he had to leave he was gone for just over a month. I won't kick him out, but our relationship is not good because I don't allow him to sit around 24/7 and he gets mad...he does nothing except work 2 days a week as a dishwasher. He's a good kid, no drugs/alcohol but has No Motivation....at 68 I'm tired, I'm done, I have done all I can to help him....he will only learn 'life' when he doesn't have me....look into supportive living for your son so he will know how to take care of himself without you doing everything for him...it's not healthy Jenn....look where my son ended up before when he was sitting around over weight, and three blood clots.
Start to make a life for yourself until you get your apartment....hang in!!! (((hugs)))
I have had a couple of falls and my knee is so painful so I hear you and feel what you're going through
Maybe think of starting a gratitude journal Jenn..... Think of 5 things to be grateful for each day and write it down.... It's hard to feel as bad when you're feeling grateful and thinking of things that you're grateful for.... This is probably my greatest tool..... Big hug... xo
Today I had plans to do three things....didn't happen, I've spent the day in bed with my cat resting, reading, eating and drinking fluids. It's after 4pm, I'm going to shower, dress and work in my bedroom after I peel some veggies and make a soup for my dinner.
Today I took care of my body by resting, feeding and my cat...I've enjoyed sleeping, watching the birds at the bird feeder outside my bedroom window. I took care of a small area towards my goal of getting my house in order by daylight saving time....treat yourself as a Best Friend, with compassion. By letting
go of anger, frustration, blaming and wanting what it's not possible to have...focus on what You Do Have I think you'll find a happier day and life.
God willing I'll have another day tomorrow and feel better to move and do more towards my goals....it's good to have small goals to have a Forward Direction To Live and Strive For to Create Your Life. ((Hugs))
