I think I have finally found a combination of drugs that make me feel "normal".
Ive been taking Depakote for almost a year, and it really made me flat. In fact I blame it for helping to destroy my marriage this last year.
After my breakup my Doctor added Prozac to my drug regiment. I guess its common for someone to be on both a mood stabilizer and an anti-depressant together.
The combination has really worked well for me. I feel so much better, and this is a really tough time for me with the loss of my marriage. Yet I feel good, smile a lot, and am pretty much my old self again.
I just wish my stupid Doctor had tried this combination a year ago, I would almost certainly be still married.

I am taking Lexapro for anxiety/depression, Lamictal and Lithium for the bp2, and it definately works for me..luckily i have only been on these drugs for about 4 weeks and not a year... that must have sucked BIGTIME... even 4 weeks had me at about suicide 2 times.

My current combo is Cymbalta, Paxil CR, Trazadone for sleeping, Omega 3 fish oil, which helps my memory and mood and walking briskly. I generally feel good but I often flake out on the walking which makes me feel not half as good. No mood stablizer for me because I've never been able to handle the side effects and I'm bp2 so my hypomanic events aren't very bad. I struggle mostly with depression.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
