I been in this stupid PDoc office for two f***ing hours! My boyfriends appointment was at 9:30 and now it is 11:30. This is what its comes to? Man I cannot stand how messed up it is for poor people to get psychiatric care. I'm lucky because I am still on my mothers insurance and seeing this injustice makes me so sick. As for me I haven't eaten in two days... can barely sleep... I feel like giving up. I wish I would just wake up from this nightmare... any inspirational words for a pissed off Beeper?

Well, you could try some deep breathing exercises, they work quite well. Otherwise, take whatever benzo you have. (Klonopin, Ativan, Xanax, etc.)

Breathe, go to your happy place, will them to get you in!! I don't know, if it were me, I'd have been complaining my ass off. Medical appointments are shitty these days and you always have to wait FOREVER!! Hope you get in soon!! Take care!

sometimes I feel they wanna get us mad and then point us out as angry beepers, so all what you should think of should be two things, I won't let them point me out as an angry beeper, second you have done most of it, certainly the remaining won't be as long as it already passed, that's the good news.

My pdoc is never on time with her schedule I have just gotten used to it and take a longer smoke break before I go in.

I usually try to imagine how they must feel seeing all the crazies like me and then I instantly feel better. I could absolutely NEVER do their job....Hope you get outta there soon. xo

my heart goes out to your bf because when i had no insurance it SUCKED. I was always running out of meds and waiting for HOURS. Our country's system sucks monkey. Hope your wait is over soon.

You can always go up to the receptionist and ask what time it is and very politely remind her of the time of your appointment~~every three minutes despite the fact that there may be a clock on the wall.

You might get bumped up to the front of the line instead of waiting while your doc sees the thirteen patients ahead of you.
