Hello everybody. I joined this group hoping I will get some help dealing with my bipolar. I get the manic episode when I take Lexapro alone but I get the depressive episode all of the time. I had different doctors telling me that I only have OCD and Depression but when i do get depress, it doesn't last long. My doctor said he will put me on 5 mg Abilify this month. I also take Clonazepam which help my manic, anxiety disorder, and panic disorder but I still feel depress at times. When I do get depress, I have suicide thoughts, and I would hurt my wrist. Right now, I am learning how to deal with it the best way I can. I hope someone can help me, please.
Glad you joined us. I found Abilify a really helpful drug, especially with depression and anxiety, but unfortunately it caused Parkinson's-like tremors so severe I had to give it up. It made me really sad, because it was really effective on my moods. I hope it gives you relief.
