We are going to an amusement park this weekend with friends of ours - my daughter and their daughter go to school and play soccer together. Then I'm having a girl's night out on Saturday night! Woo-hoo, I'm pretty excited about it.

Other than that, the abilify is giving me hangovers, and I'm hoping it will pass soon, once my body adjusts to the new med.

My head is pounding and I feel yucky, but it sure was fun last night. Lots of interesting things happened..HEHE

I had a really boring night compared to Soss. But I feel much more rested and my head doesn't hurt half as much. lol. I have the day off if you really want to call it that. I have to go into work for an in service so that will take about an hour or so, and then I have to teach Taekwondo. I'll be working all weekend, so I'll be really tuckered out by the end of it. Not looking forward to any of it. Oh well, I guess that's life.

So far - this is a lovely morning in that the weather is BEAUTIFUL! I have to work this afternoon though, but it's pay day. I went and bought a few things for the Boys & Girls Club I volunteer at using my discount today. Tomorrow, I have to work and Sunday I have an ultrasound to see how my medication is working.

All in all -- hopefully it will be an uneventful weekend.

Coffee, breakfast, laundry, exciting. Hang with my niece. My sister, who is only 6 weeks pregnant, is spotting. I know that her blood level numbers going up is good. If they were going down, that would indicate impending miscarriage.

So she could have a placenta that is low and causing a bleed or a subchorionic hemorrhage. Neither mean threatened abortion necessarily, just bed rest. But I've been worrying about her since this pregnancy was discovered. So let's all hope everything is fine and it's just a minor issue. My mom spotted a lot with me and I'm here. I just obsess as everyone knows. Please keep her in your thoughts. Thank you.

Got a busy weekend ahead... woke up today to the sound of men working outside, and they're still out there, but I'm not complaining much. They're doing what they have to do.

Today going to take the dog to the vet, go to lunch with Dad, then go over a friend's house later tonight. Tomorrow is a walk in Boston, the Susan G. Komen Race for a Cure (to help raise money to find a cure for breast cancer). After that I'll probably sleep a lot, then Sunday I am going to some open studios. Should be fun!
