I have the same problems everyone else here has had or have, relationship breakdown and isolation. Not knowing who to turn to out there in the community when you have a mental illness.

You can ALWAYS come to DS!! Do you have a T or pdoc that you can call for help? Or is there a hotline in your area? Best is to start building a support team that can help when times are rough.

Is there anything we can do? I suffer from extreme isolation - I'm agoraphobic and have panic attacks. I understand what you're talking about.

What relationship issues are you dealing with right now?
