So I had my first appointment with the new tdoc today. I drove a long distance (a 50-minute drive), got lost,miraculously found the place,only to go inside and have them tell me I wasn't on their schedule. I have a paper showing that I had the appointment,plus a text confirming the appt. on my cell. I don't know why,but I'm starting to get confused again. You see I didn't really want to talk to anymore therapists,but I would've appreciated a phone call so I didn't have to make that long drive for nothing. I feel awful.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
There was some type of miscommunication about your appointment. It happens and a proper apology was in order. Your therapist may be completely unaware of this appointment snafu. Please don't let this situation fuel your inclination to clam up and not seek the help a therapist can provide for you.
So sorry you're feeling awful and confused.
