Hi, I'm new to this group, but I've been a Ds member about a year and a half. I haven't been clynically diagnosed, but my counselor had suggested I might be bp type 2. I didn't know there was a difference! Pardon my ignorance.:O I would like to know more about other people's expiriences, please. Thanx.
BP 2 Means that you are depressed more and if you go manic it's call Hypo mania which isn't as bad as a Mania. I have BP 2. And I find myself down more than up, I'm on meds to keep me stable. Get yourself clinically checked out to make sure, and see about getting on the right meds to keep the moods under control. I hope I've helped clear some of it up. But seriously get yourself DX'd before it's too late and you do something you don't mean to do. BTW Welcome to the Board (new myself)
