The dogs wake me up every morning at 6:45. They must have some kind of internal alarm system! I WISH I could sleep in, just once....

didn't sleep well at all last night. woke up at 7:30a to some unwelcomed noise, fell back asleep and at 8:30a heard the dog prancing back and forth and her collar jingling. woke up crabby.

6:50AM here and I'm attempting to prepare breakfast in the post-seroquel haze. Seroquel makes me feel so off kilter the following morning but alas the pro's outweigh the cons enough that I won't go off of it. I'm here however. :)

I threw up this morning. I have no idea why. Hope it wasnt some kind of adverse lithium reaction.

I was up at 7 a.m. and drove my nephew to the army reserves... today was especially difficult as I did not sleep at all last night... seroquel did not do its usual job of knocking me out within the hour... I spent the time with some light reading ... finished a book in 3 hours.. having a coffee and hope to rest .. unable to nap... tasks scheduled for this morning are moved to this afternoon or next week.. varies with energy... ((hugs)) polar
