What do you do if you have obligations that just have to be done...you are the only one who can do them.....like a meeting with all of your sons teachers over some low grades.....and you are a rapid cycler? I've been having trouble functioning lately. Word loss, anxiety, OCD, manicky etc. What do I do???

Sun, my pdoc gave me a little rein over my seroquel....I may get knocked on my ass though! When I am in manic mode they help the racy thoughts.......and I am manicky.
Whenever you can stand to have help, take it - it's more health - ful that you may know.

I let the stress of my job, when I was working, get the best of me and I crashed bigtime....so I know where you are coming from. No more job and high cortisol!!
