Okay so some of you know me..and some dont and that is okay...but I left many many months ago because I didn't see the point in this place anymore and I was in a really good place in my life and still am to a certain extent.

I left my psychotic ex-husband back in May and once I was out from under his toxic life I started feeling much much better. I don't have mood swings, I don't go from bawling my eyes out to a manic bouncing off the walls thing..

I did realize I have serious serious self-esteem issues and some unresolved anger issues especially where my ex-husband is concerned and also the bullying I put up with in my younger years. So I went and talked to my old therapist the one who orginially diagnosised me with BP a few years ago. We actually ran into each other in a social setting and was able to take a few moments to talk.

She agrees with me that perhaps the DX was made in error because I was experiencing things I didn't know how to handle and also was being emotionally abused and was made to believe *I* was the problem not him and I did exhibit some symptoms because he made me...

Anyway the long drawn out point of the story is...even though I don't technically have bi-polar anywhere (AM NOT saying I was cured but was completely misdiagnosised) this place is home to me. Most of my friends come from this board. And I am hoping that maybe just maybe I can be part of the group again and yall will still love me?
