I constantly feel like I've got bugs all over me.

If I see a bug, I'm afraid it's on me after I can't see it anymore.

Can anyone relate? What can I do?

Hanna-you poor thang. I'm so sorry you are going through this especially during these days of summer when there are so many bugs around. It sounds to me like it could be anxiety related. Are you on any anti-anxiety meds? Have you told your pdoc about these feelings?

Hanna, I am so sorry.....there is just no break for you sweetie.......it sounds like me when I am anxious and feel "creepy, crawly" all over. I dont like bugs either so I understand.........Hugs

I keep forgetting to tell my pdoc about it.

I am on an anti-psychotic as well as anti-anxiety meds, but maybe I just need a tweak...or a different anti-psychotic.

I hate this feeling. I can't even wear my hair down b/c I'm afraid that I'll get bugs in my hair and I won't even know it.

I would hate that feeling sweet thang. Do you think it's because your moveing ..and they may be dirty dust and dead bugs . I would be grossed out too. Moveing is yuck.
