They say you usually can't tell a difference until after the third one. I sure hope so because Im loosing faith. Anyone with experience out there. How many treatments total and how many before you noticed a difference?
But from what I have read and discussed with DS members who have had ECT, the usual is 6 treatments , then a wait for a few weeks, and then another round .

The only reason I say 3-5 is, I know it was when I was inpatient and it was the 2nd week, however I forget how the scheduall went. If it was 3 a week, or 3, then 2, then 3 etc.
