Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Perhaps this place will help you to keep track of your moods. And, no, CL, this is not a place that I established for my purposes; it is just offered in the same way as a national helpline or other means of emotional and mental support offered for healing needs. If it is removed, just as the previous one, I understand, but I do not agree, because this is a useful tool and site dealing with mood disorders.
Glad to know that you are feeling better after a long rest!

Optimism is now a free application and you can save it as a .pdf file and take it to your pdoc or tdoc appointment with you. Better yet, Optimism now has an application for professionals to keep track of their clients. Get your pdoc or tdoc to subscribe and you can email your mood chart to your practitioner. It's really cool and customizable. Check it out. It's something I really believe in.
Thank you for sharing what works for you. I will refer to this site as Im certain many professional therapist and psychiatrist do for the needs of their own clients and patients as well. This information is very useful and how generous it is for you to take the time to post it. Take care!
He recommended going to bed and getting up the same time every day.
