Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Whats got you so down?
Please try to rationalize your situation and fight through it, we need everyone of us here on DS dear.

Don't become another boring statistic about bipolar suicide, you reached out for help here and that is a good step. Use your pain to fight through this and become Alliegator triumphant as I think and know you can. We lose control at the best and worst of times, you're not alone and please do not do anything rash. You are loved here and you have a whole spectrum of support and fellowship, if you need someone to just talk to I am here as are many others. Be well, Stay Strong.
If they see what they consider the old me shine through for a minute, they hold on to it for dear life, but when the minute passes, they are in confusion because they thought the old me was back for good.
Very difficult for them to comprehend, whether they are ill as well or healthy as an ox.
That's why we have eachother! So stick with us Alliegator!
And we'll stick together.
Perhaps in time, your friends will become more understanding.

We do things we regret and cannot take back. Hopefully, we can forgive ourselves, in time, for such things.
I hope this passes for you soon.

By the way, were you able to get your sleep meds? I thought I saw a post from you a while back complaining about insurance and sleep meds. I know sleep is a big trigger for me.
It's time for you to think in terms of real power which is:
1. take your medicine
2. eat properly
3. try to get some sleep
4. let yourself off the hook...about things that mean nothing.
5. you fill in the blank.
