Iam... Get it? Lol. I am ok, maybe hypo. My day has been good. Went to my apt and had an ok time then had a yummy vegetarian ring- Lol. I typed ring cos a coworker just made me a paper clip ring. I had a vegetarian lunch. Hugs and chocolate for you!

Still sitting here in the library, trying to stay out of the heat.
When the library closes I will go look for some food.
Then off to the spot I park in to sleep. Same as every day.

Me! Not hanging out long, just here intermittently. Not a bad day, not a great evening. My coping skills suck right now. Therapy in the morning.

Survived family (again); visited with a couple of friends :).....

I had school today and then this afternoon I had an interview to volunteer at the hospital. I will be working in the ER. I'm excited about it.

I'm here =) been here all day and have absolutely neglected my responsibilities... oops... It's not been a "horrible" day but it has been stressful. Found out this am that in Nov they are cutting my mom's wages in half and I don't know what we're going to do. After the death of Robin Williams yesterday I didn't wanna be alone so I've been here all day.

Hi! Its a good day! Lots of changes but am rolling right along. i think i am stable on meds. although lots of changes are happening they are all in my favor so I am smiling from ear to ear. Its just so nice to finally have a streak of good things happening!! I will take it! lol I am off to Bible study!

hi all! finished up work and coped well today. kind people walked in and made the day enjoyable. despite what goes on 'behind the scenes' i enjoy the friendly neighborhood where i work. it lifts my spirits.

i need a med change but i am hesitant to try anything new after my last bad episode trying Latuda. i think i just may go back up on a higher dosade of seroquel so i don't have depressive crying spells. ugh. i might try saphyris next but i need work to be stable before i destablize myself with med changes.

Prepping for surgery - outpatient quick procedure - in and out in under 6 hours. I'm getting anxious even though it's the same surgery - THE EXACT same surgery I've had before.

HI ...I haven't been feeling so well lately....I've be having a couple of med changes over the last couple of months and have been having panic attacks... ugh..

So I'm hopeful that I won't have any today... It's a beautiful day here
