Honestly, I've had better days, but all in all not a bad day. It wasn't as hot here as it has been...so that's a good thing. My body doesn't do very well with the heat...so I'm glad the weather has cooled off a little.

Well I am still alive... Though don't know if the same people I talked to are even still on here....
Sorry for being away so long. Life was a bit all over the place.
Literally lol we moved a lot . Husbands out of military now. He has a new job, living in a new state. Met new therapist.
Found taking my medicine that helps. But still had do much anxiety that gave way to mania as is per my usual. Um told a new group of people about my bipolar which is always terrifying for me.
Trying to re establish all my support group systems. And make friends again. Did not realize how much of my identity was in bring a military wife. Struggling with transitioning into this civilian wife life.
Anyways sorry this is a lot .

I'm here...just made an appointment with my hairdresser,I am starting to look my age,lol...HAVING A GREAT DAY FOR A CHANGE!!!! Got a good night's sleep thanx to my PCP suggesting 5 mg Melatonin at bedtime...makes all the difference in the world!

My day is good so far :) although five hours have past and I have not really moved much ( reading a super amazing book) but yesterday was overwhelming so sitting here reading is perfect :) how's your day

Hi. I'm a lurker. New to the board. I was diagnosed a few weeks ago. Things are finally starting to make sense a little. This weekend has been filled with lots of time with the hubby and daughter. It's hot and humid (for here, anywhere). Trying to avoid the heat as much as possible.

I know I sound lame but I wish there was a "like" button here for when I like or appreciate comments. HeeHee, dork, huh??

Good, boring Sunday - making a yummy marinara sauce from my garden to put over breaded and fried eggplant. Mmmm...can't wait!! It's been cooking most of the day.

Just found out my son is having 4 teenagers over for the night, plus his little brother is here. Should be interesting - all of them piled in his bedroom where the xBox and computers are. Tight quarters for 6 boys!

Ready to rock this coming week starting with the gym at 4 am!!! Let's do this!
