My day was FINE. really truly. HONest. Nothing to see here; nothing suspicious. Nope,
Had another thunderstorm this evening, lost power for about 1/2 hour but that was fine (I swear, we lose power for Three Seconds and neighbors run out of their apartment like Cockroaches under a flashlight, all shouting at each other. "YOU GOT POWER?? NOPE, ME NEITHER. WHAT WE GONNA DO??""
...and I'm thinking, it's been FIVE SECONDS, people. The power company could not even MAGICALLY fix it in that short a time. Sheesh.
Went to my sister's and ran the dogs. Seriously - I never wear any good clothes over there because the minute I open the door it's like OH YES OH YES...and then I'm on the ground with doggies all over. Yep, good times. :):)
Shopped, watched a lady get arrested for undressing in the Dollar Store, bought a couple of puzzle books for Mother....the usual.
Good Times. :)
Hugs
I need to check with pharmacist or pdoc. Since I've increased my lithium 300 mg I nap a lot without intending to. Maybe it's too much?
Locked myself out of the house 2X this week. Hate being airheaded and not being cognizant of what I'm doing. Maybe the lithium increase too.
It's all good!
I had one Sunday night. I break out in hives quiet frequently because of stress. Well I broke out Sunday night, Monday morning in the early hours. So I did not sleep Sunday night hence the itching. At 2am I was in a oatmeal bath. I started taking Viseril 2 every 6 hours which made me loopy, but didn't put me to sleep. So Monday is a daze. I woke up this morning and the hives were gone but still don't feel well.
good day. nice and sunny hot. volunteered this morning. now plucking around on my guitar.
how about you? what's shakin'? i hear you guys have a bit of a heat-wave going on in the okanagan.
just dropping in from the hospital. three of us from the hostel went to the botanical gardens this morning before visiting time and they were so beautiful and calm. it was a lovely outing for a few hours and the coffee shop had delicious cream cakes! TJ is having his tracheotomy tube removed tomorrow so that's good. I spoke to wolfgang this evening for a few mins.he's enjoying germany and is in good form. five of us stayed up talking until now in the hostel (1.30am) which was nice. are you still having a good time away?
Linda, glad the hives are gone, that must be just awful, hope you feel better real soon
Hey there Mojo, I'm doing just great, ya they are breaking all sorts of records in the Okanogan 40 plus, yuk, it hit 30 here today in the lower main land I find it nice, but we have air conditioning so that's easy for me to say =0) I'm heading to a place called Merrit for a BIG family camp trip on Thursday morning I can't wait. I'm a true camping chick =0) We are going for 4 days, it will be hot up there but my uncle has a boat so I plan on being on that a lot, tubbing =0) Glad to hear your having a good day =0)

I had a good day. Lots of baby cuddling.
Got home, talked with a good friend for a bit.
Wonder if I've been feeling a bit dysphoric the past few weeks? Seems to be a bit of a vague term that can encompass a lot of symptoms. Anyway, had some extreme paranoia last night that was helped by some Ativan. And feeling really sad and emotionally sensitive/vulnerable tonight, with a little paranoia mixed in.
Oh well, sometimes life just sucks...and I try to sleep through those times.
I am starting to look forward to a vacation soon. I need a relaxing break, most definitely. And I'm trying not to get nervous about my high school reunion this weekend! Eek!
Sunny, it would be just great if we could have tea with each other =0)
Just lurking lately and have been a good busy.
Good to see everyone out and about on DS. Peace.
I've been visiting here, reading and sharing. Had blood work done this morning and had a weird experience as was driving towards thunderclouds on my way home. I started feeling something, a force of being or beings, were in those clouds possibly up to no good to cause some kind of havoc in the region where I live. It was not psychosis. The thoughts had not taken over completely. I was able to argue with myself that this couldn't be. I guess I was leaning that way though. My house is still a wreck from having work done so everything from those two rooms was cleared out and scattered through the rest of the house, including furniture. I'm trying not to let it get stressful but it's been 3-1/2 weeks. Good news! My son has moved 1-1/2 hrs away due to a new job. Saw him yesterday. My DIL & 2 grandkids will follow as soon as their house sells. They live 1400 miles away and soon will be so close. So happy about that.
