I started my temp job yesterday. It is only 20 hours a week. 1-5 m-f. I must say that I seem to be doing well with it. The job is very low stress. I can sleep in till 9, hit the gym, work for 4 hours then go home. The job is very boring, but that is ok. I wish I could survive long term on this scenario......
My arthritis has been BAD, tho. Yesterday it felt like my knee was being seared by an iron most of the day. It was pretty bad.
My dog bite turned into a bruise.
I feel lost and depressed
The rehabilitation lady that I deal with is being a jerk. She won't help me find a permanent job until I have had a med review. She also wants me to have therapy sessions before she will help me look for a job. I wrote her an email and asked her how I am supposed to live??? My pt temp job isn't going to cut it for long. :(

The new temp job routine sounds so good too bad you can;t live on what you make :(
If you haven't been in regular treatment the Department of Rehabilitation can be difficult do what you can to go with it because you could get some help from them for training that could work towards another job...Take a deep breath.
Great you are going to the gym and doing some stuff to change things up Congrats!
