Qoute i found " mistakes just mean you are trying!"
Dont be too hard on yourself... Much love!!
I failed in the past working for other people as well. I felt quite bad after that, thinking I will never be able to work for others.
About 4 years ago, my classmate in high school, asked me if I liked working for him for 2 months, relieving a female colleague who was away on maternity leave. I thought 2 months doesn't hurt. So, I took up the job.
After the 2 months were over, he continued to hire me. So, I work for him until now.
One thing is, he is very tolerant towards me and he knows that I am bipolar, mild autistic and having OCD. I had made some mistakes before, he doesn't really scold me, but only said a few words about it and that's it.
Hope you get a tolerating boss and also hope you will do well in your new job. All the best !
Sometimes bipolar people can work.Ii worked for 10 years while bipolar and did better in some jobs, worse in others.
I'm Schizoaffective now and I'm on SSDI, which i have to be on for the rest of my life, but congrats on getting back into the workforce. I know how hard that can be from trying to do it and failing more than once.
I am glad you are doing well at your new job :-)
