I am so afraid that I am going to screw up my job. I am also afraid that I will never talk to my ex coworker again. He was my old boss. But more than that, I considered him a friend. And now he is gone, all because of crap that I said when I was having that migraine episode a few weeks ago. I f*** up everything. I am feeling sad and anxious

Try to clear your mind of the old thoughts if you can. If you think and worry about it this might make you worse feeling. Try to stay in the moment and only worry about each day. Practice Radical Acceptance and Stay in the moment only. Maybe it is time to get all of this old stuff out and talk to someone in therapy?

I get your fear. I'm always afraid I'll lose the one RL friend I have because of one of my outbursts or just because she's tired of putting up with my shit. I'm sorry TC. Sending big hugs your way.

I can kinda relate. I as just In the hospital and I was on the phone with my director and they yelled group therapy... Needless to say he figure out what type of hospital I was in. I was mortified ... Now I hv to prove to him I'm not insane.

I'm really sorry that you are experiencing worry in regards to your future. All anyone can try to do is enjoy life as best as they can. Tomorrow may never come.

Big hugs, TC!!! You're much smarter and more capable than you give yourself credit for (I think). You've done wonders to get this great new job and roll with it! As for your boss, it might not be a bad idea to let that friendship sit for a bit on the back burner until you're confident in your space at your job and are ready to take on another challenge. Just my thoughts. BIG HUGS!
