I am,so tired that I am having a bad time functioning. Im going to make myself swim for an hour after work. Then I am going to go home and go straigjt to bed. I am extremely depressed too. This succcccks.

I suffer from chronic tiredness. If I'm active one day, I have too rest for the next two. I think it is the Lithium and Seroquel that does this to me.

I can get extremely tired at times too....usually around my period. The only thing we can do is pamper ourselves. Sounds like you have a good plan for yourself....swim then sleep!! Hang in there the depression will lift, I just got over one and I know it T-totally does suck....(((((big hugs)))))

i usually sleep 11 EVERY NIGHT! may be the meds, ask your pdoc...

good for you, swimming. good for you to feel this and do it anyway. it will pay off, is my feeling.

When I'm really depressed, I sleep about 15 hours a night and wake up in the morning wishing it was time to go to bed. I'm totally drained of energy.

Does your Pdoc know that you're this depressed? Maybe a med change would help pull you out of this depression.

TC I hope you get the rest u need! I agree that it SUCKS to not ne able to sleep.
