Going to finalize it all tonight @ 8pm with our new landlord Mark. All I been hearing from his renters is he is a great landlord!
Which, we need. Sad part is... lol come April- I'll have to paid rent again. lol only 330 though, and I got to set my own rent ( with the MIL). 330 brings the total rent under what her target rent payment was. So Yay for that!
(( My dilemma over money with my fiance ended when I realized that its my money and I do as I please with it since if it wasn't for my hard work, we would not of had the money in the first place- he is still not happy about it but I am not letting his unhappiness change my decision that will in the end make him very happy ))
So today is a good day!
((( I have noticed that I been a bit of an emotional train wreck, I think I need to start taking fish oil. I went from a bit of a depression, nothing that serious to talking fast, thinking fast, researching all night, trying to figure out how to make this happen and working with Marilyn to communicate with Mark ( the new landlord, but the property and to ensure that the rugs are replaced, and the basement is completed within 90 days of living here. He agreed, and said that we can work with him to update anything we like and he will take money off the rent for major upgrades we do to his property. So yay for that. He gave us a discount to move in, because we are staying here, until I get a better income... and can afford to buy a house that can accommodate 3 growth adults and a child ( or two, for the unexpected surprises) or until Marilyn fixes her credit ( her credit went sour when her husband died. He was disable and she had to support her entire family on one salary, so you can imagine the trouble there.)
Can anyone give me some tips to calm down the hypomania, I am sure I am gearing into... all these things happening at once and the change of the season is senting me through the roof. I guess if the best time to be hypo is during a move when the house isn't even packed up yet. Last night, I was wide wake in bed, but i forced myself to stay here and go to bed because it was 3 am and if I stay up past 4 am, I stay up completely until the next night, because my son is going to be up in 3-4 hours anyway, so going to bed is a little pointless.
Also, hypomania beats lieing in bed for 3 hours trying to figure out how I can off myself and still get the life insurance for my family ( This ws trigger by my fiances behavior toward using my saving for the new place. I love money as much as the next person but sometimes, we have to spend it for security and peace of mind, of having a home that isn't being foreclosed on because of a landlord with her own mental issue that are so unchecked she isn't just ruining her own life but hurting other peoples families causing them fear, worry and stress.
I hate ( or should but really can't) this women, but every time someone tries to say something negative about her, I am the first to defense her. I don't know for sure, but I am sure you all can tell when someone is Bipolar when they are not in control of it, and this women never is.
Ok, I am ending this here.
