Finished my nursing program had baby took off year got job gave two residents wrong meds.... Not nurse but rca now at least at work? How the fuck do i go back and loom that person or othercaregivers in the eye when i know there thinking she doesnt belong here? No what i suck at my job it was the wrong choice .... Why do always make the choice? How do move on and where i go from here now? Iam fucked

I worked for years as a nurse. Wrong meds get given. You just have to take your time and be more careful in the future. Use to the checks that you've been taught: right pt, right med, right dose, etc. and double check yourself before administering. You will cease to be the main source of gossip as soon as next big thing comes around and it will soon. It just doesn't have to be you. Just be careful and do your job as you've been trained.

Iam sorry u were newly dignosed Iam eight years in and I hate it! I take the drugs and try to live a normal life so far not so good.... Thanks for sharing your experience it helps

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
