So my dreams are WACKY I mean they are almost like a movie with plots and the actors are old friends facebook friends just crazy dreams. Sometimes I know I am dreaming and wake myself up because they are so wacky. Do you suffer from wacky dreams? Do you think dreams mean anything about your life in general?

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. I think it's from Seroquel.. A lot of meds have that side effect
On the lighter side, one night this week, I kept waking up finding myself laughing, and not knowing what was so funny to me. It was a change, from having nightmares.
Sometimes when I am having one of those dancing dreams , and I feel myself waking up...I try to swim back down into the dream !
My only recurring nightmare is when I fly too high and then start plummeting to the ground when I kinda realize, semi consciously, that wtf I can't fly...then I get that "Wile E. Coyote" feeling. Been awhile since I've flown.
I think sometimes dreams reflect our past present and future (deja vu) and other times it's just something I ate. Dreams are cool, I'm missing the interaction I once had with them.
as far as what they say, i think it's our unresolved issues and anxiety playing out in our sleep because we haven't dealt with it during the day...
