I want to give up, my family not behind me, my doctors are pissed at me cause I have not been taking my medication. I have to call mon thur thurs to check in at the mental place. The person I have been with for 15yrs broke up with me. I have made some bad decisions in the past 3 months I do not know its cause I am off my medication or its just cause I was foolish/manic. What is the point of living anymore, I have a disorder that does not go away. Lord I just wish it will go away. They say I have bipolar but I do not feel I have bipolar its me the person I have away been.
I want to buy that gun I want but they say since I have bipolar I will be allowed to get one. Crazy I am an american pay taxes held down a job neither got in trouble with the law. In the matter of months I not able to get something I once could. There are ways around everything. I am tried of pissing everyone off including myself. I want it all to end. I started writing notes to my loves saying I love you and I will always be with them.

There are ways for you to live on your own at minimal to no cost. I have always turned to the 4 legged furry forms of mammals. I have learned that living beings that can only talk in barks or meows while bugging you for attention is a lot more peaceful.
All the human race seems concerned about is making money these days so you cannot really trust anyone. But I have a cat that is always right there in my face when he thinks I am hurt in one way or another just meowing for attention. Pet him and he purrs.

i don't want to be without my meds cause i can feel everything going wrong then
are you in denial ? it is hard to come to terms with and i've had it since i was a kid too , not diagnosed till i was 30 and hospitalized
why do you want to stop your meds?
please don't make a permanent solution to a temporary problem

I am in denial, I want to stop the meds cause it makes me gain weight along not feeling like myself. The meds calm down to much I want to feel like me! I hate that I have no control on my own to stop the mood as they call it. Y am I happy for a little while then I get depressed I am tried of the mixed emotions.

Talk to the doctors see if they can tweak the meds you are on or change them - if they wont listen try somewhere else. Death is not the solution as noone should die due to this disease but noone should have to live as you described

sounds like you are rapid cycling
sometimes a med stops working you should see your doc tell them what you told us
i only have an anti psychotic cause i don't want to feel flat , it takes the edge of and i'm quite stable at the moment they had to adjust the dosage down a few times to get it right i'm very sensitive to substances
my family said i'm the most stable and back to my old self they have seen me in years

what meds were you on ? maybe a different approach is needed

I am on depakote,benztropine,propranolol, vistaril one more but that a tablet that put under your tongue. I have not been taking any meds for almost 3 weeks.
