Your not alone it happens to me like that, defiantly bring it up with your tdoc.

Paranoia is a sign to me that I am beginning an bi polar episode and I need to get back with my program. nine times out of ten these episodes occur in Late Fall and Early winter when I am deficient in vitamin D.
Usially my paranoia involves my husband or someone I depend on.

Well recently it crossed my mind that my husband could be poisoning me, to make me like this. Like maybe he's out on leave not to take care of me but take time out for himself and maybe the reason he stays with me is to get an insurance money when i finally crack then there's the jelousy and infedelity fear that are always unfounded. I don't think he is poisoning me now but it scared me. Just had a panic attack so meds are knocking me out. Later

I feel paranoia like an ongoing panic attack that wont end..it's horrible when it happens and involves disassociation.. you may need a med tweak.. I would call my pdoc or GP to see about meds.

I was getting paranoid about my friends that they were
spying on me, talking about etc, etc. Sometimes I think strangers
are following me or they can know what I'm thinking .

I laughed when I read all your post only becuase I thought my husband was poisioning me. I was getting sick on one of my meds and that I was he wanted me gone. Come to find out the manufacturer of the drug chabged and they make the drug a little different making me sick. Found a pharmacy with the old manufacturer and felt just fine. Definately something I was open enough (and embarrassed) about with my pdoc. He knows I get psychosis so it is a warning sign to him. Good luck.

My therapist says that the paranoia is the hurt child inside trying to be hypervigilant because of past hurts, but I don't know, I think that I am hard wired to feel paranoia.

It's just not a usual thing for me so its scary. And where is it coming from, depression or mania? I have mixed states so right now I feel like a scrambled egg.
