This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Just try your best tomorrow at work...that's all anybody can ask for .
If you need more time off, maybe a FMLA would be better ..your HR person can explain what a Family Leave of Absence is...you get more time off
Good luck
Take care of yourself.
i'm sorry you feel so awful.
Maybe you can see your pdoc tomorrow and get on FMLA so you can have some more time off. I recently had 16 weeks off for mental and physical health problems. I am much better now and am very thankfully working again.
Take care & I hope you feel better soon.
I think the collective anxiety level of America rises significantly on Sunday night. Aaaaaakkkkk! Work tomorrow!!!
What's got you so worked up? Are you worried that your work will be so backed up from your absence that you'll never see the light at the end of the tunnel? Is your work environment supportive of you and your recent time off?
Or .... are you having the nastiest of anxiety -- the kind you can't really pin on anything but it's present and accounted for nonetheless?
I didn't even know I was anxious. I grew up in such a stoic German family that I learned to keep that stuff under wraps at all times. It's not that the anxiety went away .... I just kept it concealed. Eventually it ate my insides out. (Sorry to be so graphic.)
After diagnosis and meds, I now take hydroxyzine pamoate for anxiety. It works really well. Just thought I'd mention in case you wanted to ask your pdoc about it.
Here's hoping you get a restful night's sleep and have a great day at work tomorrow!!
