Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Also, one of my very favorite self-help books, which I have pitched so many times on here, I'm sure a few people are going to roll their eyes, is called, "Boundaries" by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. It helps you find out when to say "yes" and when to say "no" and just as importantly, why. I just bought a new copy because I gave my old one to my daughter, and it also comes with a work book. I am going to re-read the book, and go through it with that. I started to once before, but I wasn't ready yet.
One more thing, I have recently started a support group on here called the Freewriters Group. (If you want to take a look at it, you can find the link on my profile, as well as the codependent group link) I am very pleasantly suprised, that this group is taking off, and have received several "thank-you's" for it.
Anyone who wants to join is welcome to. (( tinkle of bamboo pipe mobile in the breeze))
A friend of mine who is also BP gave me some good advice: When facing tough decisions, he always, as a rule, think them through rationally and he doesn't consider his emotions (too much, at least).

(don't shy away from the Christian aspect if you're not a Christian, it uses very little "Christianeese" and still is one of my favorite books)
