I took the Goldberg Mania Questionnaire this morning and was very careful to be completely honest with my answers. It says a score 54 and up is "severely manic", I scored a 77. Crap. I had to reschedule my pdoc appointment last week. They said they didn't have another opening for my pdoc until Nov. 5th. I have to use Medicaid transportation right now and they require me to give them 5 days advance notice when I need a ride for an appointment. I'm hitting a bit of paranoia I think too. I don't want to tell anyone how I'm feeling right now (except on here) because I'm afraid they're going to try to throw me in the damn hospital, especially if I call for an "emergency" appointment. I'm trying to deal with myself the best I can. I am taking my meds as prescribed. I usually hit depression this time of year wtf? My brain is going a million miles a minute and I have court tonight about my ex's visitation with my kids. I so don't want to walk into court and look like a nutcase. I have Gabapentin which I took already and I think is the only reason I am able to write this rather rambling post right now. Sorry if my post is skipping around a bit. I can barely think straight right now. I want to take more of my Gabapentin but I don't think it's a good idea to take another one yet. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Is there some way you can have court remanded, by going to a doctor and saying you have the flu or something?
Next, do what you need to do to get into a pdoc ASAP. Explain your situation clearly. Talk about what is going on NOW.
Try to relax yourself by exercising, if you have to walk 5 miles, so be it. Do deep breathing exercises, stretches, clean your house 10 times if you have to.
