I feel like I'm asking too much by asking for advice like this. And I don't know if anybody will be able to help.... Worth a shot I guess.
So, I am in an aweful depression right now. I'm really upset because a few moths ago I was doing really well. It was the first time in over a year that I was feeling happy. I just got okay. And now I'm spiraling downward. It's been like this for two or so months. There are quite a few things that have occurred that I think we're triggers for me. But these things are still going on. It didn't just happen and done. It's consistently upsetting to me. So I have all these things constantly eating at me. I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack the majority of the time. I've been so bad I haven't gone to school in over a week. I feel like I'm incapable of climbing out from rock bottom. I have tried very hard not to relapse and self harm again but it's getting harder and harder. I need to pull myself out of this.
Sorry for the rant I guess. I would really appreciate it if anybody has any advice about how to pull myself out. Thanks.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
