I'm in high school & im struggling with my bipolar. It runs in my dads side of the family but my dad just got out of prison and i don't connect with him at all. Neither of my parents really help when it comes to feeling better about it. None of my friends now understand anyways. I just want a friend close to my age who understands.
Unfortunately, the teen bipolar group is not as active as the adult one is. You may go to this link and re-post this one. Make sure to tell that you are a younger person suffering with this disorder and there may be younger people visiting within this other group as well. However, please stay active here at this support group. It helps to share your experiences with others going through the same struggles. I hope the best for you!
