It's been almost a year since I started having issues. My diagnosis was switched around quite a bit, but now they're almost sure it's bipolar. I haven't responded normally to 16 medications, I'm getting so scared I won't get better. I'm so miserable all the time.
How do I just get through the day? I'm either really depressed or super anxious about everything. This has led to self harm and suicidal thoughts.
I'm just really struggling.

If you're suicidal, go strait to a mental hospital. They'll get you stable and teach you ways to cope. Try snapping a rubberband or dragging ice across the places you normally cut. It sates the urge. You can talk to me any time. I have Bipolar I and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Thanks for replying. Started to feel like there wasn't anyone else on here. I've been in the mental hospital twice. My therapist and psychiatrist are aware of the situation and are trying to keep me out of them because it kind of made things worse last time. I've tried ice and rubberbands, it doesn't really work for me, it's just not the same sudden release. I'm going through another med change and the last three days have been just hellish :(. I haven't gotten stable in a whole year of attempted treatment.

Most importantly, if you are suicidal, seek help an soon as possible. But medication is a process. I have gone through about thirteen before I found my correct combination of meds (I only kind it three months ago and have been diagnosed for three years). Zoloft made me suicidal and I had to be hospitalized. And Prozac made me manic. And geodon screwed me up. And lithium made me I'll for four weeks until I had to stop taking it. Three years seems like a long wait and almost unbearable, but in the end, I think it's worth it. I still have struggle with self harm, but that is something meds can't fix. I have learned better coping and rarely harm.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
