I've been on high dose prednisone for pneumonia, and now I am slowly weaning. But lots of symptoms I don't like having, plus overeating has put at least 10 lbs on me. The food is "loud" as the GLP-1 users refer to it.Also pressured speech. Which comes out in my posts. Sorry I posted so much. I just need an outlet for my agitated and irritable brain. Just scroll on by my posts, if they are too...

I haven't been around in a long time. I am admin in a private group, and I would like to upgrade someone else to that position. I thought I knew how to do that, but the prompt has gone missing. Or is it not allowed to upgrade someone else to admin? I just find "ban and demote" under "Edit." I don't get notifications to DS anymore, but I wil come back in a few days to find out the answer. I went this past weekend mountain biking and had a blast. Test rode a new bike and fell in love with it.(Of course! LOL) It was a good time. Have started training for a few century rides this year. Want to do this while I still can.
Prayers!

He has been walking a bit up the mountain, so he is working out. I went to again taking my bike to the flats. My hands are really still too flared to ride outside. They thumbs hurt from switching gears so much I had to just stay in one neutral gear. Holding on was hard too. But I also got on the basement bike and rode a few times.
I think I have something seriously wrong with my lungs. I just can't breath when I put any load on them. I am going to need some X-rays or a visit to a specialist. I am worried it is a side effect of Orencia, the biologic I am on. I had to go off Rittuxan for the same reason. I guess that would be better than Rheumatoid Lung disease or the Big C. Not that I am worried about that.
I can't imagine doing a century ride! 40 km is the most I have ever made. I guess just riding at all is an accomplishment with what I have been through the last year or so.
