In this group we will be looking at alternative or supplementary methods of dealing with every day stressors and anxiety. This is for people who do not want to feel as though they do not want to be tied to the medicine cabinet. We will be using such techniques as mindfulness, meditation, grounding, guided imagery, Yoga and other behavioral and self-discipline techniques...
Proof is each time I avoid dairy and gmos esp wheat, I lose my mind for four days then feel a calm by day five. Then things are much better till I binge on the wrong foods again.. Then the arthritis, vertigo, irritability, brain fog and lethargy sets back in. What else is it if not bipolar? Other things like extreme stress set me off.

In patients with casein antibodies, there was a 7-8x increase in the diagnosis of schizophrenia, and they have similarly demonstrated a 3-5x increased risk of Bipolar disorder in patients with casein antibodies (IgG), stating:
“anti-casein IgG associations with bipolar I diagnoses, psychotic symptom history, and mania severity scores suggest that casein-related immune activation may relate to the psychosis and mania components of this mood disorder.”
