May The Force Be With You
Real bikes never quite worked for me, but the imaginary bikes keep me reminded that maintaining a living balance is a matter of small, constant adjustments which can be quite joyful in themselves, even when the imbalances are as unexpected as a stick falling from a tree. Best of all, I can zone out for a few seconds and take an imaginary bike ride during a conversation (or whatever) that inspires me to rip somebody's face off. Maybe even visualize a few trips across said face...
Thank you for sharing.
anger management techniques for the full moon effect ??? LOL
i also love this idea of emergency preparedness adjustment visualization exercises...
kind of handy... its like carrying around an inhaler ... just pull it out and use it as you need it...
i would like to hear more of this imbalance going on with you ... do you have an idea what may be causing it ...
it sounds new... do you need to go get a check up? whats going on with you?

Hope the storm fronts take a long break for your sake.
I remember the first time I experienced a still moment. I panicked for a moment. Thought maybe I had finally had that stroke and was brain damaged. But no matter how many still moments I achieve, I ain't giving up my visualization. Blub blub....

Most of my still moments are brief... I feel them and they fade away. I am probably trying too hard. I have had a couple medically induced moments (not intentionally) that let me know there is something to strive for... In the mean time... I agree with you... blub blub... nice little fishey... blub blub...
