This is for people who do not want to feel as though they do not want to be tied to the medicine cabinet. Is one of DBT''s most effective tools in learning to monitor moods, It is a great mindfulness daily exercise.

Here is the skill List: 1. Wise Mind 2. Observe: just notice 3. Describe: put words on. 4 nonjudgmental stance. 5. One-mindfully: in the moment 6. Effectiveness: focus on what works. 7. Self-soothe. 8. Improve the moment. 9. Write Pro's and Con's. 10. Radical Acceptance.
These skills #'s are for for filling out the skills portion of the Dairy card.
This is a great way to track moods and learn a lot about yourself in the process.

Thanks for this link! what an excellent way of doing this. I am in weekly therapy, for mood swings, etc, and this sounds like a great tool for me. Appreciate the information.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
