Hello My name is Andrea and this is my story: I am a single mother of six children and my husband of 13 years abandoned me and my kids in 2007. I got a divorce and tryed to move on with my life. I had no real relationship until 10/1/16 I knew Robert Wallace and his deceased wife from a few years back. I was at a gas station and this person called my name as i was coming out the store and i answered yes...as i walked closer i saw it was Mr. Wallace and i smiled and told him i was so sad to hear about his wife passed away and he said thank you and he asked me if he couold call me sometimes and i said yes and our relationship grew and we started seeing each other almost every day. I LOVED that man. On 4/28 he told me his hip was hurting him so bad he got a friend of his josh to drive him to the emergency room. The diagnosis was arthritis and gout. It had him where he couldn't move to good. The night of 4/28 he insisted on coming picking me up and i said no i don't want you to get out and he came on anyway. We went to bed around 1:40 am and he woke me up around 455 am and said you got to help me get ready so i did and he sat to the edge of the bed and i helped him get his clothes on and i told him you need some jogging pants it will be easier to manage and as i went to his dresser to get the jogging shorts i got back in front of him and he raised his arm and it was like he didn't have control of it and i said whats wrong with your arm and he looked at me and gave me a little smile and collapsed on my chest and i lowered him to the floor as he took his last breaths. I am devastated and i can't get that scene out of my mind and i don't want to go to the funeral because i know i can't take it. This was the only man in my life that truly loved me for me. I don't know what i am going to do.

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

You might find that you get a lot of support at the funeral..... Funerals are for the living ya know so people will be there for you
A support group for life partners in RL would probably be a good support for you
There is a great group here called the Widows and Widowers group that is for people who have lost life partners.... Gentle hug and a blessing........xo
